Scope of data protection
The aim of this data protection declaration is to inform users about the type, scope and purposes of the collection and use of personal data by the provider’s controller SAKS Hospitality GmbH, Mendelssohnstrasse 79, D-60325 Frankfurt, Germany, telephone 49 (0)69 7898849-200 on this website (hereinafter “offer”). Collection and processing of data
Each access to our website and each retrieval of a file stored on this website is logged. The storage is for internal system-related and statistical purposes. Logged are: name of the retrieved file, date and time of the visit, data volume transferred, notification of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged. As far as the user of our website has made personal data available, we use these only to respond to the website user’s and/or customer’s inquiries, to process a contract with the user and/or customer, to conclude a contract with the user and/or customer and for the technical administration. Export and processing of data in countries outside of the European Economic Area
Your personal data is not exported to countries outside of the European Economic Area (hereinafter EEA).

As your IP address is only transferred anonymously, no transfer of personal data is made to Google within the context of the use of analysis programs by SAKS. Please read the section entitled “Use of analysis programs” in this data protection declaration.
The service providers commissioned by SAKS have their headquarters and operate their IT infrastructure exclusively within the EEA. This also applies to any use of cloud-based services. Contracts exist with the service providers which comply with the data protection and data security requirements of the GDPR (EU).
If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected. We use these data exclusively for the dispatch of the requested information and do not disclose them to any third parties. You can at any time revoke your consent for the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transfer of any confidential content, such as requests you send to us as site operator. We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website.
